چکیده
Introduction. Maintaining and improving communication skills of people with severe motor deficits are the main goals speech therapy. Brain-computer interface systems can be used as a means in this group users, since they allow them to control external devices help brain activity. This assistive technology represents new channel between human computers, or other devices. These translate user's intention, reflected signals, into output an device, without muscular Objective. The aim paper was describe list basic types divisions brain-computer system, well their development for deficits. Methods. A systematic review available literature performed by searching electronic databases through service Serbian Library Consortium Coordinated Acquisition - KOBSON, Google Scholar Research Gate. Conclusion. Early systems, based on interpretation waves, provided answers simple "yes/no" questions. After that, were also spelling methods, whose speed became higher over time. system aims reduce length training, time-consuming training is one obstacles users. In addition, research area aimed at performance all parts developing reliable users computers.

Brain-computer interfaces (BCI) record brain signals, analyze and translate them into control commands which are relayed to output devices that carry out desired actions. These systems do not use normal neuromuscular output pathways. Actually, the principal goal of BCI systems is to provide better life style for physically-challenged people which are suffered from cerebral palsy, amyotrophic l...
